SO what I believe will happen in the end is Dream will finally lose his very last life. He loses it from a tag-team attack between Tommy and Wilbur, Tommy having inherited the rocket launcher from Techno to finish Dream off. Once Dream dies, DreamXD appears and takes Tommy's last lifeAfter that, your prediction of Tubbo's nukes could comes into play. Having dealt with too many losses, he launches nukes and blows up the entire server and everyone in it. Kinda like how Wilbur blew up L'Manburg.
