actually this is a "advertisment" pulled off in 1997 or 1998 and that is a plushie , this was done by Sega of Japan for promoting Sonic adventure's release in Japan and now legend says that the plushie has been found by a tribe and they still care it to this day (probably). (Btw i know I just made this meme fall apart)
