I see this all the time
It's because on bedrock the chunk blending mechanics don't work (they do most of the time on java) if it's halfway between chunks and you load the first chunk, walk away and generate the other one later it will cut off
This happens more than people think
If you put this workd through different world versions, when loading for example a 1.16 chunk and then a 1.18 chunk, it corrupts stuff
