trust me, it does not overflow.
it just sits there, like some demon staring back at you through the murky waters, waiting, listening, for any opportunity to make its move. any unsuspecting child could be its next prey, to be INFECTED, and transformed by its evil aura, and to be the next offender, transporting and creating a new demon in someone else's urinal.
