Since he has two dragon types I would say An ice type Pokémon, he has Some steel type so fire,and a water type for his Charizard

Gyrados carried me when I fought him, my entire team was doomed but I sacrifically healed Gyrados while sacrificing mons during his dynamax turns and just waited to hydro pump the hell outta him
