Who exactly did I give an ID to that doesn't deserve one? I've given IDs to everyone who can prove they're not an alt.

well all im saying is that if you have no recorded images ever on IP, why would you give them a license?
If you can't find anyone who supposedly got an ID illegally, it can't be much of a problem. Sounds like the real issue might be that you believed Incognito's fake news.
