By that definition, none of the anime fans on here are actually "weebs," since we all love our own countries regardless of which countries they may be.

As you can see from the two screenshots I took from Urban dictionary, it does not. Even Filthy Frank said it in his video about weeaboos. Even Sora The Troll, a Japanese YouTuber, acknowledges that anime enjoyers and weeaboos are not the same.
