it doesn't show anything on ult frame data but my guess would be that the item he holds gets hit, but in the charging animation it has invulnerability like when you spawn after dying, so every time byleth down b hits the fruit, she goes into hitlag while pacman and the fruit are unaffected, creating the stalling effect.
