Tolerant cat with its head put trough a hole in paper. The eyebrow moves slightly. Plus I dont know what tool they are useing to draw but I dont think you could accutly draw with it.

In the original video, which is 30 seconds long, the 'cat' never blinks so I think it's a drawing ... a fantastic drawing ! :~)
