I don't think we can entirely blame the RUP on evading comment timers when your former Vice President ,who still technically is your Vice President as there was no evidence of Andy firing Richard and hiring himself as his replacement, used his alt to avoid his stream ban.

There's plenty of evidence that Andrew is our VP. Cause I already announced it.
But as to Dick: he's not on Imgflip right now, but undoubtedly will be a Pepe supporter when he returns.
However, there is zero evidence that he violated TOS by using alt accounts to avoid a timer from a bigtime mod. Meanwhile Incognito is bragging about doing just that.

Richard still has two alive alt accounts so he is still on Imgflip and he hasn't resigned or been sacked so he is still Pepe's VP.

He’s been sacked, his whole acc got sacked permanently lol. those alt acc if him, still wouldn’t be accepted as a vote.

He still has an account which means Andrew has to fire Richard to make himself the VP.

Those acc’s are not listed as vp, that listed acc is gone. By that standard, he dropped out on his own when acc was deleted
