(I mean, they'll follow you forever. Well, that is unless you get out of their sight, of course.)

(And we just thought they despawned...)
But they're not such a big threat, so for the reward, fighting them is not such a big prize, in my opinion. Unless there realle are a million of them, but I guess that goes for every mob. They all get hard to defeat when they're with many.
