Ummm so I am pretty sure that is bad bc you need to eat real food so you can be healthy

If somebody puts food in front of me, I can manage to eat it, even if it's just a little, but if I have to get it I just don't feel compelled. It's kind of hard rn and it just started happening a few days ago. It's worse today ;-;
