Sorry to say pal, but this pic wouldn't make sense. Siren head has air raid sirens from WWII. Given all the messed up crap the Germans did in WWII, I could probably provide a better origin story for this dude than anyone else...

Siren head was an experiment made by the sick minds of the scientists of Nazi Germany in order to scare the allied powers into submission. He was made from dozens of dead bodies of fallen soldiers and innocents, and was given a german air raid siren for a head. His purpose was for espionage and full blown biological attack missions. He got to america as a war prize, but mysteriously dissapeared soon after. Now, he wanders america fulfilling his purpose 76 years after the war ended.
