No, you mentioned your feelings. You “feel” there should’ve been a hearing but the SCOTUS stated that Texas’ lawsuit (as well as the other 50+ lawsuits) were without merit.

No evidence, no lawsuits.

You do realize they only take about 80 out of 8,000 cases.

Cases that have evidence. Important cases, like ones that could potentially overturn the results of a presidential election...if it had even a shred of merit to support it.

There was no dissenting opinion from any of the justices. Not one.

Somehow I doubt I Judge would rule to overthrow a presidential election.
