You clearly don't catch onto the art of memes and gifs. Some are meant to be very literal with what someone is saying about the thing they're meming or making into a gif but many times it's pointing out a comical common thing seen in either an animal type, person, group or etc. Political correctness and certain people in society accusing everyone of being haters and bigots over things that aren't meant that way. Every culture, race, both genders, animal types, religions, nations and etc have positive traits and negative traits typical to them but it doesn't mean that all individuals have them either good or bad but it is common in the group, nation or etc. It says we all have bad traits, good traits and are all either good at something and bad at something. It has nothing to do with the actual person, creature, nation or etc. There's a difference in how it's expressed when it's meant out of either ignorance or blatant hate or bigotry. Political correctness stereotypes everyone and makes people make something out of nothing, be paranoid, truly start to hate and as most comedians say it has ruined comedy.
