Basically I found out if you find a thing you want like a flair color or icon just use the inspect tool on yours and someone with the thing you want. Check the difference, which is usually class for something like "c-mod-5" to get purple Moderator colors or changing the "ico ico(number)" to something else (In this case I took raydog's Ico Ico41.

No it's not even coding HTML5 is like meh level stuff. Class changes color if its blank uncolored text then It's display text not code. You can do a lot of stuff with this.
