How is this meme in every single meme? And I don't get it, telling others to upvote memes if they wanna get points isn't upvote begging.

1st I mean like lets just say for an example there are 200,000 memes on imgflip, this meme would be one of those, that is my fault I just worded that badly. 2nd he used the word like someone already knew, It's not like saying "Hey you get points if you upvote!" witch also would be classified as begging to me and other imgflip users.
