If I've learned anything from the likes of Rush Limbaugh and Mark Levine, is that all that matters is the cover and back pages. The NRA and the party will buy and then give away the next manufactured best seller.
Still, given the latest trends (going back near 20 years), I think we both agree Faux News 'tends to side with republicans' (understatement of the century 😎), and their polls are usually red shifted [while other outlets side with dems and blue shift polls, I'll admit]. So even with the red bias, we're seeing a significant republican butt-hurt. But then again, the GOP has gerrymandered counties so blatantly, it's easy now for a minority vote to win elections. We all know Trump LOST the popular vote.
I'm betting you dollars to doughnuts all those jobless conservatives won't swallow Trump's DJI based BS about the economy coming back. Particularly when he's mangled the Covid response so horribly. He did 2 things well, and mangled 98 others, which is why we are #WINNING in Global COVID DEATHS VOLUME, and New CASES per Capita. His family and excited cult followers (looking your way) can try spinning the china travel ban and the ventilator act however they want.
You cannot cover-up the CDC personnel reduction and muzzling, the WHO fiasco, the daily anti evidence tweets, the whole chloroquine stupidity tour, the testing reduction attempts, and all the other blatant attempts to manipulate statistics to Trump's favor.
