Between his OCD and his loyalty to his dead wife, he doesn't want to look upon nakedness for any reason, but in this case the witness he needs to interview is posing for an art class. The scene is meant to be absurd because the show is a comedy, but it is also meant to be family friendly to tweens on up. Thus the show and meme are trying to represent nakedness without actually showing it since the point is not wanting to look at nakedness/sin.
