how do you do that? like how do you make different dragons? Is it a art website?

I use the wof jada bases and ibis paint x

I tried to make kinkajou, and then qibli, but they both looked like a cat toy that had been thrown into a paper shredder then dunked in a deep fryer. But I retried qibli and after looking at the cover of darkness of dragons for 20 minutes i think i got it right.
