Luno actually was a mass murderer in that time so there was bound to be someone who knew how to defend, in this case, trick luno into actually killing herself.

Bloxky was one of the victims.
Pentalime died from an unknown illness. Who knows what it is? Nobody. Why am i doing this
Spheron actually died of old age in his life somehow.
Spectra was said to be mauled by a wild animal, like a lion.
Pertra was also a victim to luno.
Dia was actually poisoned by pertra who hated her guts.
The rest of the shapes are said to be modern..
