I wish. I think if I would try to edit and make something like this, I would have to get a better computer. I have a 2018 Chrome ASUS, pretty weak.

You can do anything, as long as your willing to put in the time and effort! Like I say at school, 'You dont need that good art supplies. They wont make you good. Its your heart that makes it good. A good artist dosent need good supplies, a good artist can make it look good DESPITE not having good supplies.'

I am not sure if my Chromebook even has the ability, though.

*shrugs* There are lots of free programs. As long as you have the patience, you can get results. Maybe not the SAME results, but results none the less.
