Anyone else having one of those days?

It's a lonely day for a lot of people even when you're not alone.

I'm certainly not lonely but not spending the day as I would like. Got to see my husband a whole 10 minutes today between shifts. Kids are driving me mad and i'm so tired. But I got a full house of people who love me so i guess i shouldn't complain. Just wish they would give me candy, lol

Is it bad that Im like this sometimes for no real reason?

I've found out there is always a reason. Whether we realize it or not. My hormones wreak havoc with my emotions and i never knew that's what it was. I blamed depression, stress etc. but i started tracking my cycle I realized it was PMS. Now I take vitamins that really balance it out.

I dont think its PMS....I found out a while ago that I might have bipolar disorder (I forget which one) so that might explain some things.

That could be too. My brother had pretty severe bipolar. I know it's not an easy path. I'm here if you need to talk about it.
