Thanks for asking. This one was a little tricky to make.
I started by downloading a copy of the Disaster Girl Gif Template to my phone.
The "captions" are just another two separate gif animations I made for free at flamingtext.com/logo/Design-Flaming-Text-Animation
One of the options there is an on-off toggle for Transparent (which you want turned on)
The hard part was combining the three animated gifs, which you can't do in the Gif Maker (yet :) Right now, if you add an animated gif on top of a Gif Maker gif, only the first frame makes it through the generation process.
I used Gif Maker by Kayak Studio on my Android phone to combine the three gifs into one file, then uploaded that. Gif Maker takes a little getting used to, there is a bit of a learning curve. I use the free version which doesn't have too many ads.
