It's not a "Service Weapon", but I love my Sig P2022. Great gun. Reliable, accurate and looks nice too. The other one I looked at was the Taurus 24/7. The biggest thing I liked on both of these guns is that they are Single/double action. Meaning that once a round is chambered, it's an extra heavy trigger squeeze to fire off the first shot, but once you fire it cocks the trigger so the subsequent shots require a much lighter squeeze. Lighter squeeze increases accuracy. A lot of the service weapons are double-action only.
