Actually I did it first on imgur, Imgflip doesn't load large videos, then I copied the link and came here with it.

Open a profile, I don't post to the public, I post private, then copy the gif, and upload it to your profile. The users there aren't like Imgflip, so I just use the site to upload large gifs that can't be uploaded here on Imgflip.
