The Create button above... down to Make a GIF... then copy past the URL from the YouTube video.
Then... This website let's you adjust the start and stop ... down to the 100th of a second...
You just have to make sure you start and stop it at the RIGHT point... which is why I remade it to THIS one ... the first one I posted seems to have a bit of a glitch ... either right at the very beginning or the very end... when it flips over to the next repeat there was something that didn't look right...
So I came back in and adjusted the Start and End points. Then I previewed it several times with adjustments until I was happy.
Takes some time but imgflip.com makes it very easy to do.
