New York law stipulates that the word "rape" can only be applied to penetration by a male's member aka 'peen'. ANY AND ALL OTHER OBJECTS that penetrate a woman without her consent is called "sexual assault" (that law needs to change!). Trump penetrated her with his filthy finger without her consent. (As he had admitted to many times before, as he said in the infamous Billy Bush tape: "I just grab them by the kitty cat". They let you do it when you're famous.")
Clearly you didn't listen to her testimony. Trump refused a jury of his peers (Or his ace attorney forgot to check the box for a jury trial...). Trump refused to testify. The judge made the determination based on the testimony given in court. TDS applies to his vile, murderously insane cult.
