There are no laws "specifically attacking minority voters."
There are laws that might marginalize poor and uneducated voters. The fact that you appear to equate poor and uneducated with minority is...troubling.
I do agree that if/when we enact voter I'd laws, it should be accompanied by programs for I.D accessibility.
In fact, it's kinda sick that people only care about lack of I.D. in respect to voting.
You need an I.D. to get a job or get government benefits. That means there is no concern about having the means to support themselves.
An I.D. is required to rent an apartment (application, credit checks, ect.). So there is no concern about the homelessness that is inevitable if one does not have an I.D.
The aspects of life that an I.D. is required for in the U.S. are endless.
Shoot, I need an I.D. to file taxes.
You should be concerned with whether these people can live their life. But you only worry that the people you ASSUME will vote for your side can pad your numbers.
Even asking people who've carried babies doesn't give an accurate picture. My pregnancies were glorious, without complications, and the hormones really agreed with me, and even though I had c-sections, I recovered quickly and was back in action. A completely different experience than even average, and way different than someone with multiple complications.
