One thing I disagree with the DOJ on is the details that is considered 'national security'. We are well past that kind of thing concerning the Epstien Island.
A lot of people nowadays can survive what used to be a fatal blow to the head or head shot. It's possible that person literally gets 'brains blown out' and recovers from it.
