Y'all talking about? We were thinking and saying this shit long before Kirk got murdered. What, did you think his death would intimidate our side of the fence to keep quiet? We're not a bunch of pussies like the people on your side of the political fence who keep bending the knee to others like radical communists and muslims.
About mental illness. Back in the 1990s, I took a class for contract law. Sometimes the teacher, also a lawyer, would say to us if we have any questions about the law or the justice system in general. I inquired that on TV shows like Law & Order and other courtroom shows have the accused use insanity defenses a lot. I asked how often that happens in real life.
He replied that insanity defenses are very rare in real life and take a lot of work, time, money, and recourses for a defense attorney to create it even if it's meant to cause 'reasonable doubt' at the bare minimum. Defense lawyers chose better defense options for their clients that can give the 'reasonable doubt' or better yet show that the client is indeed 100% not guilty of the crime(s).
The problem today, I think, is that insanity has been normalized too much. Another reason why lawyers didn't use insanity defenses too much back then and during the teachers career is because even if their client was found not guilty by reason of insanity it still meant the client criminally and legally insane and no one, whether fully guilty or not guilty, wanted that stigma attached to them especially if they ended up labeled as criminally insane.
KKKarl Marxxx was so lazy, inept, and unimaginative he had to plagiarize and twists the ideas of Henri de Saint Simon in order to get most of the ideas he claimed as his own.
