Immigrating to the country used to be like applying and being hired for a job-
1) Fill out application.
2) Need references.
3) Must pass a background check.
4) If hired, must pass a training period to learn about the rules of the company.
5) After being hired there is a probation period before being able to enjoy all the employee benefits.
6) If fired/quitting the person is kicked out of the building and off the property and told to never come back and that goes double for being fired.
