I wonder. King Nebuchadnezzar II of Babylon as full of himself, prideful, and arrogant, and one day said the one absolutes things a person should never say regardless of everything else: "I'm bigger than God and I'm greater than God!"
And the king was driven insane and lived like a literal cow eating grass. Today we have real life examples of famous people literally mocking Jesus Christ and everything He did and stands for. Jim Morrison, John Lennon, and Jimi Hendrix said or did things that were clearly lines never to be crossed and none of them repented of their words and actions and looked at what happen to them.
Celine Dion and Madonna both said and did things and suffered greatly with serious health issues that came out of nowhere after the fact.
Then we have the famous and run of the mill leftists. How many of them suffered with mental breakdowns like Nebuchadnezzar and/or met a bad end because of a lot of the things they said about Jesus Christ.
The Good News is that even with all of that people can find redemption and forgiveness with Jesus Christ for He said He will forgive blasphemy directed toward Him.
