He made the same stupid mistake everyone else does when it comes to this kind of thing - sets a date release the info instead of dumping all onto the world at once.
This is more fear mongering. We already have data centers going back a couple of decades and the negative impact everyone says they have hasn't happened. They don't use the power people think they do and don't require a lakes worth of water to keep cool and so on.
This is just global warming with a different skin along with NWO conspiracy theories.
