Then you got the 'fake homeless'. These are people who dress up as homeless and panhandle or whatever in order to make a good chunk of change from other people's goodwill.
Funny story with Japan and Islam. Not too long ago a bunch Imans/Mullahs spent millions of dollars to try and convert Japan. They only managed to covert one person in Japan who wasn't even Japanese but a foreigner on a temporary work visa.
