Declaration of Independence | EVERY MONTH THE CHARITIES BOARD OF LEADERS HOLD TWO VOTES, ONE TO DETERMINE HOW THE MONEY GETS SPREAD OUT, AND SECONDLY WHO GETS THE MONEY. FOR THE FIRST ONE, THE BOARD MUST DECIDE IF THE MONEY IS ALL GIVEN TO ONE PARTY, OR SPREAD OUT BETWEEN SEVERAL.
