On Late Night with Conan O'Brien, on Thursday nights they used to do 'via satellite interviews.' They would use a photo of Clinton or somebody else, except with the mouth missing. Then they would have somebody talking in their voice saying funny stuff, and they would superimpose the photo onto those lips moving and it would look like Clinton's mouth is moving.
That was literally the only thing I liked about the Clinton Presidency, that I got to see that being done for 8 years. It was really funny.
