Everyone is questioned and released if they did not play a part in the attack. If you are going, get angry because officers want everyone to be safe that is all on you. Any person angry because they were in the area and questioned because a dangerous person was arrested is either a fool or a criminal themselves. People with working brains want all the dangerous people illegal or not arrested and will do anything they can to back the blue.
