It was 11 Italians, and Italians were not considered to be White in the USA.
Can't find anything about 11 or any Irish getting lynched.
19 Chinese lynched in 1871 LA outnumbers 11.
34 Chinese burnt in their barracks, 40 in a mining town, others...
And near 200 'Blacks' in 1966 Louisiana as well, but then like the above that gets called a riot or massacre when it hits those high numbers, as did Tulsa, when 'Whites' basically killed almost all of an entire town, the only time in history an American fighter plane was used to bomb anywhere in the States.
