I mean, because capitalism is amazing, the workers don't have to work for him. They can work for themselves and make their own products.
But for example a large company may have the equipment to mass produce products on a level unattainable to the average individual.
This company lets people work for it and get paid, but the workers do not own the equipment.
This makes complete sense and it baffles me that you don't understand it.
