theres a vein going through the side of it (i guess) so maybe nah.

never seen blood coming out of it but has fluid coming out of it, the last time the fluid coming put of it was 2 years ago i guess.

Hmm, when my great grandfather had skin cancer, he had weird tiny lumps with small blood vessels all over them.

I don't think it's of concern considering you've had it for 7 years and nothing has happened, but if you're worried, you can always ask a medical professional.
