Sayori: go hide now!
She gets some water and starts taking care of the owner

She nods and runs off- she couldn’t speak japanese, but she understood some of it

The owner eventually wakes up: w-where is the d-doll
Sayori: what doll?

The doll, (who does not have a name yet), is hiding under the dresser

Owner: o-oh... I must have imagined it...
Sayori: you must have I guess. Let's get break fast

She starts to cry silently- she feels awful . . .

(NOooooO)
Sayori eats breakfast with the owner, calming her down and keeps on edge

Little tears drip down her face

Sayori then starts to get ready for her client, worrying about the doll

-sniffle- -sob-

Sayori: well ill earn some money then maybe we'll go

“Ok! Maybe i could help!”

Sayori: how?

“I can dance!”

Sayori: hmm a dancing doll... that could work!

“I can sing, to! But you didn’t seem to like it. . . .”

Sayori: it was a bit scary since i didn't know that you were alive, but if we make it into a ventrilaquism number, then it could work

“YAY!”

Sayori smiles. she'd never seen such a little thing be so happy

Yui runs around in circles with joy

??? Comes over and picks her up. She holds her tiny hand

She has a little engraving on the back of her leg

She hides the doll in her belt and walks home

She should have read the engraving, but whatever-

It was too dark to read the engraving so she went home I didn't specify that bc I'm an idiot but yea)
Once she got home the owner and everyone else was asleep

The doll has an odd presence to it

She put it on her make up table and went to sleep as well

Late that night, she hears a little melody, like a music box

She wakes up

Something clicks shut and the music stops

Sayori: what kind of things

“Snow, the northern lights, singing on stage- Anna. . .”

Sayori: why dont we go to europe then?

“I don’t miss it that much- i like Japan so far!”^^

Sayori: well if you ever want to go just tell me
she smiles

“Ok!” She smiles back

Sayori then makes a small bed out of clothes and uses a cotton ball as a pillow

-takes off her little shoes-

Sayori: good night Yui.

“Good night”

she finds the doll and the book and she puts them both on the desk

-she looks a little angry-

the servant didn't pay much attention and continues cleaning the room

she hums a song and puts some make up on the desk.

after she won them, she had to go.

she finally gets back at night.
Sayori goes straight to Yui

She speaks in perfect japanese- “Konichiwa! I’ve done some reading while you were away.”^^

the owner then calls for sayori.
Sayori: I'll be right back-

“Ok!” ^^

Sayori nods goes away

She practices dancing while she’s away

Sayori brings the owner some tea and sits a bit with him

She twirls, and gets lost in the music of her own enchanting voice. . .

“Once upon a time, there was a tavern, where we used to raise a glass or two, remember how we laughed away the hours, think of all the great things we would do. . .”
She dances on the table, using it as a stage

he lets her go and Sayori comes back

(So she can go back into her original human form when she sings-)

She gets startled by Sayori, and only after she crashes into the table does she go back into a doll

Sayori: what just happened-

“I don’t know- but i think i broke your table- sorry.”

She then check on the doll

She’s sitting in a different position

She then reads the engraving

??? In her head: hm... I'll try to get it sent out to there... it's owner is probably worried about it-

1912- that was a long time ago, and before the war- if she was here, her owner was probably dead. . .

She had that thought. ??? Goes back to sleep for now

She second she closes her eyes, the music starts back up

She tries to go to sleep with the chilling music but ends up putting the doll in the drawer

As soon as she’s in the drawer, the music changes to- singing?

She can't stand it anymore. She covered the doll with some clothes to bury the sound

It was very pretty singing- oddly human.

She tries to go to sleep yet again

The music lulls her to sleep

-morning-
She wakes up early.

The doll is sitting on her self again, this time with her green glassy eyes wide open

She then cleans the doll, wiping away her bruises

She smiles

??? Doesn't notice. She gets her some Japanese styled clothes for a doll and puts it next to her. She's debating whether to change or not to when she hears foot steps. She puts the doll and the clothes into a drawer again and pretends as if Shen just woke up

There’s some ruffling inside the drawer

Sayori: woah you've earned Japanese?

“Yes! I’ve been told I’m a fast learner.”

Sayori: they didn't lie then!
she chuckles

“Now i can talk to you, and we can go on adventures!” She runs in circles happily

Sayori sadly smiles: yea... maybe some day

She stops for a moment- “why can’t we adventure?”

Sayori: i've got to work, and we might not have enough recources to survive

“I can help! I know i can!”

Sayori: how?

“Well- somehow! I have HOPE!”

Sayori: would you like to?

She nods

Sayori: what about... Yui?

She smiles and claps

Sayori smiles: Yui it is!
the owner calls for Sayori since it's time for the client
Sayori: try not to get caught by the servants i've got to go-

She nods

Sayori bows and runs out

She notices something, takes a book of a shelf, ducks under the table and opens it

Sayori walks across town and arrives at a house where the client is.

She flatters the men while they play cards

After a while, she starts saying things out loud to practice

After a couple hours they invite her to play a round, challenging her to win.

She practices while she waits for her to get home

Meanwhile a servant girl comes by and starts cleaning up the geisha's room

She doesnt hear her and continues practicing her Japanese

but the servant girl hears her and starts looking around for the voice

She goes silent and goes limp, pretending to be an object

Sayori: the table doesn't matter: you've just turned big!

“Temporarily. . .” She looks sad

Sayori frowns: please don't be sad

“It’s difficult not to be when you’ve been stuck as a doll for almost 80 years. . .”

Sayori: 80 years?!

“I am old.”

Sayori: you age well-

“Dolls cant age at all.”

sayori: true

“I miss things. . .”

As soon as she's ready for her client she has some time: miss doll? Where are you?

She cautiously comes out from under the dresser

Sayori comes to her: what is your name miss?

She shrugs, trying to explain she doesnt have one but she doesnt think Sayori would understand norwegian

Sayori tries to comprehend what's the doll saying

“Jeg har ikke en!”

(Translation:
I dont have one!)

Sayori: Ikka is your name?

She shakes her head

Sayori: do you have a name?

She shakes her head no

she puts out the light from the lanterns and gets to bed.

-slep-

-next morning-
Sayori is still asleep

-also still asleep-

the owner sneaks into Sayori's room and wakes her up.

Owner: Sayori! You're up!
Sayori: yes
She smiles.
Owner: time for breakfast then you've got a client in an hour
Sayori: only an hour!
Owner: sadly yes

There are little footsteps from behind them

Sayori chuckles to cover the steps up

“Hei!” ^^

The little doll had changed into the japanese garments

Owner: w-what am I seeing-
Sayori: oh gosh-

She says something in Norwegian and smiles

Sayori: can you speak in Japanese?

She shakes her head sadly

Sayori: language barrier...
The owner faints

The doll looks startled and her jaw drops

Sayori: hello *she'd bow*
Client Haruto: welcome to my house, Sayori
it's fancy with lot's of posters

they enter in and Haruto notices her enchanted eyes. he almost looses her words but then clears his throat: This is the place where you'll accompany my friends and I tonight

She reads, and her mind begins to wander- she missed when she was human, and was oh so beautiful- but now she was a worn, old doll. She hoped Sayori would be kind to her, and that she would make her just as happy as she made Anna.
