The f slur is a slur against men loving men for their non-attraction to women. Meanings of words CAN change. So I'm kindly asking you do not say slurs you cannot reclaim if you're not a MLM

The history is a lot worse.
F*ggot was slang for cigar.
Lgbtq+ people were wrapped in carpets and then burned. The people who did it called them f*ggots because the lgbtq+ folk looked like burning cigars.

I can't remember how I learned, but a lot of kids in my school use the word as much as the word "the". My science teacher and i talk about people using it. I love her so much :) you must understand i live in a very very homophobic part of the united states.
Literally in my first hour, i had people yelling about lgbtq+ folk.
Luckily, my homes ED teacher stopped them because they were being very controversial.
One thing to laugh about was (because the first few statements made no sense):
"The lgbtq alphabet!"
"The regular alphabet is the lgbtq alphabet."
"No. A is for... Asexual, b is for bisexual. C. C is for... Coming out."
These kids... They try to be offensive but a lot of the time the don't succeed. Like-
"Transwomen aren't men. They're still a woman."
