The problem here is that the filibuster is still intact. Two democratic senators (Manchin and Sinema) have voiced support for the filibuster rule. I suggest checking facts before making a political meme.
Right? I was taken a bit aback when I read the OP as well and couldn't find anything about the filibuster being done away with (yet) in any news source.
