It's a shame states haven't had rights since then.

They do now with the Texas vs swing states ruling. We could kill people in the streets and the federal government couldn't interfere. Thanks SCOTUS!

If it's a Republican doing the killing and it comes to SCOTUS for some reason you bet your ass they'd interfere.
