I wish her well too. Trump and Epstein were basically neighbors for a long time. They hung out together. They went to each other's parties. Trump cut ties with him well before any of this Epstein crap came out over a bad real estate battle, and it wasn't convenient for an election season. He's never denied being close to him in the past. He was outed once conveniently during the 2016 election by a woman saying he raped her as part of Epstein's sex trafficking circle, she was quickly debunked and shown to be a political smear during the election and said not to be credible.

Don't get me wrong, I don't think Trump is a moral person especially when it comes to women and his creepy affinity for young attractive women. But, I haven't seen anything that says he was involved. Please don't hang your hat on something unproven, Trump has plenty of things proven about him that don't need speculation and this type of argument is fruitless and unproductive. If they can prove he was tied to the bad stuff with Epstein, then by all means have at it.

I'll assume your generalizations aren't directed at me as I am not of the "cult of donald", and I'd like to think you could see in my comment that I really dont like the guy. I will address the part that was directed at me where you say I'm shushing. I am not, feel free to continue to say whatever you want. Yeah I do take those points on board. Life is taken way too seriously by some - I'm up for exchanges of ideas as you could see from the amount I typed. Equally, I did not insult you personally so I would equally be reliable for your last caveat. I'm not in America so like the rest of the world I can just point and laugh at the inept leadership there right now, along with its decreasing relevance in the world. What I also forgot to add was that the nuance of context in relation to Donny wishing her well doesn't at all negate the fact he wished her well. Claiming to not know anything about it is a little bit incredulous to say the least. Of course he'd happily lie and tell TV that "I don't watch the fake news media". But there is no way he'd not know about what's going on with his friend Ghislaine.

Forgive me for not trying to find actual text and post it, it was a paraphrase but I think it summed it up pretty well. Press asks Trump about how her testimony will work out, he wishes her well. In other words, convict as many of them as possible. If you have a different interpretation share it, but the exchange is subjective and as such should not be taken out of context to imply the Trump supports child molesters. Theres plenty of other things to bash him about that aren't subjective, I dont understand why this one is the story that people want to hang their hat on to say he's a crappy president.

Heres why I say that: Trump is an idiot in many cases, but do you really think he's oblivious here? Depending on what Maxwell says, he could be on the receiving end of a huge scandal, why in the world would he wish her well? Also, and again he's an idiot, but if they are still friends then he knows what she did and again I ask, why in the world would he wish her well knowing what that would do to his rep? I think my take is most reasonable, but that's my take.
