Black lives matter is about black pride, because for centuries black people have been oppressed, and they are still being oppressed to this day. White lives matter, however, or all lives matter, is a protest against that, believing that everyone is equal now, which is false. After slavery, black people were free, but they were left with nothing. White people benefited from slavery, while black people were left with nothing.

White supremacists know why BLM got started. It's all about denying the oppression of blacks and indigenous people by them and their ancestors and trying to turn the tables to diffuse the argument.
