Who is she trading skin with?

She lives on her skin color. It’s all you hear about. She looks just like everybody else in the Royal Family.
It’s a form of prostitution.

She is so not black. The first I heard about her was when she was being introduced as the girlfriend and so I took it in. But for the life of me still dont understand why it matters she be seen as black when she isn't any darker than many Italians, Spanish etc.
