Sure, but the last word before listing those pictures is very leading since not all of them identified as Christian. And none of them yelled Jesus is great before killing people. Just pointing out the intellectual dishonesty.

It's a no issue of possible. It's a fact. You claim his ties were to any organization you please, but a person's religious beliefs are not associative. It's a personal choice.

That makes it terrorism. But it doesnt make someone religious.

but that's not what I said.
we can look at wahabbism/Salafism and how it's ultra-orthodoxy creates a climate that justifies violence and horror, all in the name of god.

same metric applies to any religious extremist.

Show me the climate of Catholic (the religion which McVeigh was raised in) extremism at the time of the OKC bombing.

Beyond thayt, To claim that somebody was motivated by religious extremism, that person would still be religous. McVeigh in his adult life was not.

again,not my point.
and the radicalization of McVeigh is already documented, but not my example.

this is very simple:religious extremism exists.

the reasons the radicalization are well know, and long understood.
religion is the justifier to engage in horrific acts.
nationalism is the other, and they are often conflated by the powerful to create a very potent brew.

this is pretty non-controversial and widely accepted.

guess I am not being clear.my bad..i apologize.

Also, your orginal claim was this "terror and violence is drawn from religion and or religious beliefs"

Is this necessarily true? No. It's not.

Is this possible? Yes. It is possible that terror is motivated by religion. It's also possible the motivation is not rooted in religion or religious beliefs. This is why your claim is not necessarily true.

A more logical statement would be "violence maybe born out of religious extremism"
