I looked it up and it looked VERY different from what I first saw on catbug. The first version was pretty much EXACTLY the character in this gif. I don't know why the first version looked different.

Ok, finally figured it out. The character in that gif is called caboo bugcat.

maybe it was because the first time it was a compilation of comics on Youtube and the second time I just plain looked up "catbug comics" on google images, so maybe you just need to look it up on YouTube. I actually found the videos I'm talking about with the heart-warming CUTENESS of Vress the shark pup. (Seriously though, it's so cute that you can take the cutest thing you know, multiply the cuteness by 1,000,000 and it wouldn't come close. even saying THAT is an understatement. you should check it out.)
