Sorry, was 1st a meme reply to someone who credited Reagan with ending the USSR

Reagan proposed this missile defense plan that others jokingly dubbed "Star Wars," so that's the Vader thing.
He made a speech in Berlin saying, "Mr Gorbechov, tear down this wall"
Yet it was when Bush Sr was Pres that communsm ended there. But still idiots credit Reagan for causing it.
Plus he was going senile, hence the last line
