Futurama Fry Meme | UNSURE IF YOU'RE CONFUSED OR YOU'RE SIMPLY SIMPLISTIC | image tagged in memes, futurama fry | made w/ Imgflip meme maker
Because I was totally saying we share all the exact same cells as in the picture - if we don't have cell walls; what the heck is the epidermis to us? A boundary maintaining protection from infection, viruses etc within the environment ...

The epidermis is not called a cell wall.
A cell wall is a structural layer surrounding some types of cells, situated outside the cell membrane. It can be tough, flexible, and sometimes rigid. It provides the cell with both structural support and protection, and also acts as a filtering mechanism. Cell walls are present in most prokaryotes (except mycoplasma bacteria), in algae, plants and fungi but rarely in other eukaryotes including animals.(Wikipedia)
Check you facts, before you post nonsense.

Alright I concede this - I probably am not the one to ask in the variations of cells or any biology questions. Thank you for your apt application of your genius and the convenience of wikipedia to enlighten me as to your greater wisdom.

However - the sentiment is sound, and it seems you've evaded acknowledging it entirely. That it is a natural function in nature - as well as within and without us - to establish barriers to protect itself from outside threats, maladies and malices.

What's your opinion on that? My contention was you missing the point originally more than the fact I was being called out for not being a student of biology.

If you use analogies, use the right ones and don't spread confusion, if you try to be "pohilosophical". There are walls, and there are membranes, big difference. I will not comment here any longer, because I have done enough now trying to educate another person who obviously is not so interested in facts but in spreading opinions based on wrong facts.

Ancient Aliens Meme | STOP USING MUH "WRONG FACTS" | image tagged in memes, ancient aliens | made w/ Imgflip meme maker
You egotistical sod. I ask you a question and all you do is pontificate about how right you are. Fine. But you haven't walked out why you might disagree with the sentiment of the meme or not - you just deflected and obscured away from the point. You speak from an 'argument from authority' from - what? - because you can copy/paste a wikipedia article, yet can't use that towering intellect to question the actual point. Alright - it's probably best you don't come back then. You've shown the low qualities of presumption, projection and ignorance to context that makes for a hollow discussion. You go do you.

Still can't answer the actual point? I'm still living in hope for you ...
