Lol. That's what my nickname in jail was, they called me "Mr. Manson". No, I was didn't whack anyone, probation violation, was there for 83 days last year, Feb. 22 till May 5th, at my Revacation Hearing, the charges that landed me there were dismissed. But hey, no one messed with me! Lol
It was only county jail, I had a tree service and I fix my own equipment, I know a lot of other tree guys and have fixed their stuff also. I was fixing a trailer for a friend and the police show up, and the ID tag was unreadable, I never was accused of "Stealing" it or anything like that, and as this should of been completely my friends problem, but the State of Georgia doesn't think like that, they charged me for "Destroying an ID for criminal intent" I got it down to destroying an ID, which I didn't, but the way they have the law written it was impossible to get out of. So I was put on probation, and they have a number of the stupidest things that if can violate it, and my probation officer believed i somehow violated one of these stipulations and put a warrant out on me. Well they picked me up, and I was like "WTF?" and since it's a probation violation you do not have a right for bail, so I had to stay in jail till this was all ironed out, it was all dismissed, the judge was pissed at the Probation Officer (Government Worker) for this total and complete waste of government resources, oh, he was fired a month later by the way! Retarded, the whole thing is all a bunch of b.s.! Met some cool people, and I treated like a vacation! Lol
Dude, Georgia jurisprudence is rough (and stupid). Move to the Great Pacific Northwest. We don't dump you in the shitter for inane bureaucratic stuff like that.
