Excuse me but this is ridiculous . Islam orders its followers to be clean all the time . Me as a muslim I can tell you that we use BOTH water and toilet paper to clean ourselves . Islam also orders us to wash our arms , feet , face and hair before every prayer (we have five prayers per day so that means we repeat this washing process five times a day ) .
Islam has many personal hygiene habits that we follow so we remain clean in both our bodies and our clothes . But here is a thing : if the person himself is not clean that’s his fault and Islam has nothing to do about it . I can Speak for Arab countries as I am Egyptian myself but I don’t know about other countries like India for example ( I see people making fun of them all the time especially about the toilet thing ) . so do you really think if Indians were all hindu and not muslims , would that really make any change about their toilet habits ?
So the conclusion is that if the person himself doesn’t care about personal hygiene neither Islam nor any religion can convince him to be clean if he doesn’t want to be clean because simply he is a disgusting person .
And BTW we don’t set like that or even use this silly toilet in this photo , we set normally and use a normal toilet .
