since this got marked nsfw i can freely ask anyone that will answer. when did the euphemisms for masturbation become just as bad as the word they were made to cover?.. language interests me (even if i butcher it). how it is used strikes me odd sometimes. this has been one of those times

I made a meme about Bad Luck Brian mixing up euphemisms for masturbation in (what I thought were) funny ways about a week ago. I tried to get it flagged NSFW, but I couldn't.

So I don't really know the answer. I would have said "They flag it for the topic, not just the words," but if that's the case, I don't know why they missed mine. Good meme, by the way.

thank you.. i had a thought earlier about this. i can only take a guess so it maybe wrong.i assume there are several mods and if that's right it could be just a matter of personality... one will be totally ok with "jerkin the gherkin" and another be extremely offended by "yodeling in the gully" (my favorite term). that may explain the difference.

That's one possibility. Don't forget users can flag images too (although I think mods review the user flag before they put it on). But it's something they might take into consideration.
